Did you know GM upgraded C5 Corvette rear window weatherstrip in 2000 due to a design flaw? The flaw is that the factory rear window weatherstrip didn't seal well at all. In fact, if you were caught in a rainstorm, you might very well find a gallon of water in your trunk! GM realized the problem and designed a weatherstrip with channels on the ends to direct water into the rain gutters and out of the back of your Corvette.
